- The Britany Room is $125.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, two person occupancy. Add $25.00 for one night stay. Add $25.00 for each additional person.
- The Ashley Room which includes large private hot tub on the patio, is $150.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, two person occupancy. Add $25.00 for one night stay. Add $25.00 for each additional person.
- Prow'd House does not collect Hotel Occupancy Tax.
- Marion, Ffiona, or Angelique are $125.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, two person occupancy. Add $25.00 for one night stay. Add $25.00 for each additional person.
- The suite is $175.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, two person occupancy. Add $25.00 for one night stay. Add $25.00 for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy:- A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at the time of the booking. The balance is due upon arrival.
- A $20.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of the reservation; any balance of the deposit will be refunded by check or credit to your credit card account.
- However, when a cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival, we will issue a gift certificate, valid for one year for the entire amount of the proposed stay.
- No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation.
- Children over 12 years of age welcome. Younger children welcome when all rooms are booked by the same group.
- Sorry, but we have no facility for pets because we have three soft dogs of our own and they will greet you as if you are part of the family.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
